Anand has over 10 years of experience in varied industries including IT (both software and hardware), NBFCs, Advertising, Real Estate and Education. He brings to the table the rich experience of establishing HR policies and processes from the scratch and implementing them successfully in many organisations. An excellent people’s person, he is competent at interacting with people across levels. Talent Acquisition is one area that he feels is important for any organisation and gets actively involved in the process through the complete life cycle of a candidate from the sourcing to onboarding.

She is an effective communicator with a proven ability to devise various HR activities and vast experience in handling HR strategic and operational functions.

Arpitha has served largely with the software industry, including such companies as Scott Systems, Intelligroup, Hyderabad, Microland, Innomedia (Reliance Industries Group), Manhattan Associates, etc. A LifeSkills Trainer and Coach for the past 5 years, she has led open workshops and coached individual clients. She practices competency assessments through frameworks and assessment centers.

Arpitha holds a PGDBM and a Post Graduate degree in Counselling Psychology. She is also a certified EQ Practitioner, Mindfulness Practitioner, Behavioral Assessor, Yoga Therapist and SA8000 Auditor.
